Name Board Live LLC sells limited access to NAME BOARD LIVE, a time-limited interactive entertainment experience.
NAME BOARD LIVE is not a contest, sweepstakes, or gambling platform. There are no prizes, monetary rewards, or real-world compensation. All outcomes, achievements, and progress are symbolic and exist entirely within the experience.
You must be at least 13 years old to access NAME BOARD LIVE. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
By submitting payment, you are purchasing a single-use spawn ticket, which grants the opportunity to create a controllable name or identity within a digital world known as the Board, as part of the interactive experience organized by Name Board Live LLC. Any names, phrases, or identifiers you create within the Board become part of the shared experience and may be used by Name Board Live LLC for promotional or commercial purposes. Access may be revoked due to in-world mechanics, including but not limited to character interactions, inactivity, or loss conditions. The experience will conclude on September 12th, 2025, 30 days after its launch on August 13th, 2025. Name Board Live LLC reserves the right to extend the experience without notice.
Spawn tickets are only valid during the two-hour daily access windows set by Name Board Live LLC. These windows may change at our discretion; any updates will be posted on the NAME BOARD LIVE homepage at least 8 hours in advance. Unused spawn tickets will not be reimbursed except in rare cases of confirmed technical failure that prevent access after purchase, at Name Board Live LLC's discretion.
Mechanics such as 'Tournaments' or 'Naming Rights' are fictional constructs. They may affect your in-world presence, but carry no value outside the Board. Your access and presence on the Board are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value. Any attempt to sell, trade, or monetize in-world status is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access.
Stripe serves solely as a payment processor. It does not endorse, sponsor, or participate in the NAME BOARD LIVE experience in any capacity.
All sales are final. Refunds may be issued in rare, exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Due to the low cost of entry and the nature of the experience, individual refund requests may not receive a response. No refunds will be issued for in-world removal from the Board or for the conclusion of the experience.
You may not upload, share, or create any content within NAME BOARD LIVE that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party, or that violates any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, trademarks, personal data, or defamatory content. Any such content may be removed without notice, and your access to the Board may be revoked immediately. You are solely responsible for all content you create or contribute within the experience.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
